Bumpin My Music

The music of this day and age is significantly more disappointing to me than I can bear. It seems like almost everyone has a record deal nowadays. I personally do not even listen to the radio anymore because it is irritating. In my opinion, once a song has been played around 10-20 times on a single station, it is time to put the record on the shelf. However, I find myself enduring the overplayed garbage of the music industry in order to listen to the morning talk shows on channels like Y100 (Elvis Duran), Hot105 (Tom Joyner), and 103.5 (Steve Harvey). The music I listen to is much more recent than that of the radio so if I hear one more Lady Gaga song on the radio, I'm done, I'm taking my ears apart piece by piece.

As a follow-up to this article, here is a list of what's playing on my ipod or on my stereo:
The Soundtrack of Me
1-"I Put On" by Young Jeezy feat. Kanye West (Almost a year old but still raw)
2-"Terminator X to the Edge of Panic" by Public Enemy (my new obsession, no homo of course, is Public Enemy and Kool Moe Dee)
3-"I Go to Work" by Kool Moe Dee (More Old School Rap)
4-"Ignition-Remix" by R. Kelly (just a song that puts me in a good mood, one of my favorites)
5-"Get Fresh" by Iceberg feat. Ransom (swagger)
6-"I'm the Sh*t" by Iceberg (possibly my favorite song)
7-"Gucci Bandanna" by Soulja Boy feat. Gucci Mane and Shawty Lo (raw song, kinda repetitive but I like it)
8-"Stick Drill" by Reggie Cash Flow feat. Piccalo (listen to this one)
9-"Animals" by Nickelback (I listen to this almost everytime I go lift weights or do any kind of workout. I try to listen to all kinds of music so don't make fun of me.)
10-"Stronger" by Kanye West (really old but still raw)
11-"Love Your Way" by Powderfinger (I told you I mix it up)
12-"Don't Wanna Come Down" by Trey Songz (One of my new favorites)
