As a whole, the culture of Florida is very unique because of its melting pot like culture. In this article, I want you to get an accurate view of my view of Florida (from my perspective, of course). Broward is known for its high concentration of people from the West Indies and from Hispanic origins. However, I am not here to talk about the mixture of different ethnicities in Florida. That bores me to the point of snoring. I'm not going to touch that topic.

Musically, Broward and Dade County are two of the hottest places in the country. Rappers like Flo-Rida, Trick Daddy, DJ Khaled (I just threw up in my mouth a little bit), and Rick Ross have all signed major deals and are being marketed to the entire nation. Other equally skilled rappers, such as Iceberg, Ballgreezy, Brisco, and Piccalo (duo of rappers), have had a tough time getting publicity, but will all be prime time soon enough. The musical preference changes the further north you go. However, it is certain that as an unbiased consumer, Broward and Dade county artists will soon get the recognition that they deserve.

As athletes, Florida has been known for the speed and quickness of its athletes. This is a fact because as unprivileged players from areas such as Belle Glades, Pahokee, or Miami-Dade County have all grown up with football backgrounds due to their need to stay out of trouble. The speed of Florida athletes (namely those who play either football or track) is evident by their play and can be further studied on the increasingly popular web resource known as YouTube.
